Lisa has over thirty years of experience as a marketing and sports executive. She started her career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and led marketing at global multi-national companies including General Motors and IBM. Her career in sports spanned stints at the National Football League and the National Women’s Soccer League. She also spent a decade overseeing marketing, media, and sponsorship for the United State Olympic and Paralympic Committee. Most recently Lisa served on the board of Fox Racing, a leader in motocross and mountain biking products. She serves as a director on the board of Cantaloupe, the leader in software and hardware in self-service commerce. Lisa lives in Connecticut.

Amy is an accomplished market research executive with 15+ years of mixed methodology industry experience. She has deep experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods with a core specialization in digital qualitative techniques. Former VP at Quonundrums, Amy now runs her own research firm. She is responsible for developing and leading complex end-to-end research strategies and insights for global enterprises and emerging startup brands across a wide spectrum of industries. She’s led multi-country studies for Fox Racing, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Keen Footwear, to name a few. Amy is fluent in Spanish and holds a PhD in sociology from SUNY Stony Brook and a BA from UCLA.

Michael O’Conor is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of revenue generation and expertise in activating and guiding some of the world’s most iconic brands. Michael is a former board member for Junior Achievement of Southern Colorado and has been a longtime volunteer for youth sports in his community. Most recently the Chief Revenue Officer for U.S. Ski & Snowboard, O’Conor has served in leadership roles within the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic movement for more than two decades. In his tenure, O’Conor has led some of the most high profile national and global sponsor signings for the USOPC. Michael also has experience working in Organizing Committees (Salt Lake City Olympic Winter Games and in entertainment at Sundance. Current clients include The World Pro Ski Tour, and SnowSpace. O’Conor attended Providence College in Rhode Island, where he majored in Marketing. He also holds a master’s degree in Sports Organization Management from the Université de Poitiers in Poitiers, France. Michael, his wife Shaunna, and their three children reside in Monument, Colorado.

David has been developing video games, websites, web applications, mobile applications, and enterprise solutions for nearly three decades. He has worked as a producer, a manager, and as a cutting-edge developer in the fields of electronic entertainment media, telecommunications, logistics, sports, travel, politics, and biotechnology. He’s worked with NASA, the NFL, the USOPC, Cabbage Patch Kids, Regeneration Technologies, Inc., multiple search engine optimization companies, and dozens of other clients. David graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in English literature and significant stack of Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers concert ticket stubs. He lives not far from the Magic Kingdom with his wife, their two sons, and an adopted black cat named Agador Spartacus.
